Already the middle of October...

Its crazy how time flies...

Just wanted to stop by and ask for prayer! I was able to share about our trip in my church on sunday, and next sunday I will be sharing in a bilingual (spanish/english) church. Bethany also may have some speaking opportunities coming up. Please pray that the Lord would give us words and ultimately that His name would be glorified. Public speaking is also not what I would call a strong point in my life so a plea for "courage" could be added in there as well:)

Preparation

Hello!

Since we haven't posted anything here yet I thought perhaps I should give a quick update!

Right now we are planning on leaving for Brazil in the first week of February. Hopefully we will arrive in time to help with the Carnival camps, before starting to work at the Miriam Infant home. We would appreciate prayer for the preparations of this SO much! There is alot to think about, from passports to visa's to tickets to raising the needed support; not to mention learning Portuguese! It seems daunting and almost impossible to get it all worked out, but thankfully through Him ALL things are possible. Praise the Lord! As the time of departure draws closer, we will be posting more updates so please check back!
